Shipments and Payments

Domestic Shipment

• All our products are authentic and handmade. Certain products may take up to 15-days to process, depending upon the availability.
• All our orders are confirmed within 24-48 hours and the customers are intimated at each step.
• Our customers can track their order status using the tracking number and details provided.
• Expected delay in delivery could be due to a natural calamity, afar delivery location, and customer unavailability, physical and political conditions of the delivery location.

International Shipment

• Our customers are liable to pay Shipping charges inclusive of custom duties and taxes on the international order applicable on the delivery location.
• Time taken for the delivery of products will be dependent upon order origination country and the products could take 25-30 days to arrive.
• There could be a delayed delivery due to a delay in customs clearance.
