• The customer can cancel the order at any given time through their created account, or reach out to our customer service before the order is dispatched.
• GiHERITAGE reserves all the rights to cancel an order at any given time due to the unavailability of the product, manufacturing defect, quantities ordered and logistics.

Returns and Refunds

• GiHERITAGE offers a hassle-free 7-day return policy
• The customer can place a return request once they receive the product through their account dashboard.
• In case of prepaid orders, the amount debited through the customer's account shall be refunded to their bank account within 7-10 working days once the product undergoes quality inspection at the organization.
• Certain products like agriculture and food stuff are not eligible for returns.

Customization

• Since all the products on our website are GI certified and exclusively handmade, they can be customized as per the customer's preferences.
